A supremely quick and easy chilli made with store cupboard ingredients.


Ingredients
Cherry Tomatoes
400 g
Chilli, green or red
1 individual, de-seeded and finely chopped
Dried Mixed Herbs
1 tablespoon(s)
Kidney Beans, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained
Butter Beans, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained, (drained)
Chorizo Sausage
150 g, thinly sliced, each slice cut in half
Coriander, fresh
1 tablespoon(s), fresh, chopped
Instructions

De-seed the cherry tomatoes and place in a blender with the mixed herbs to make a sauce. Put the tomato sauce, herbs, beans, chilli and 100ml water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Cover and simmer for 10 mins, then add the chorizo and heat through.

Add the coriander and serve.
