Quick chorizo & bean chilli
Chilli, Green or Red
1 individual, de-seeded and finely chopped
Dried Mixed Herbs
Kidney Beans, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained
Butter Beans, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained, (drained)
150 g, thinly sliced, each slice cut in half
1 tablespoons, fresh, chopped
- De-seed the cherry tomatoes and place in a blender with the mixed herbs to make a sauce. Put the tomato sauce, herbs, beans, chilli and 100ml water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Cover and simmer for 10 mins, then add the chorizo and heat through.
- Add the coriander and serve.
