Fat free and full of flavour, quark is great in savoury or sweet dishes. This works for breakfast, or a simple dessert.

Ingredients

Quark, fat free, plain

250 g

Agave Syrup

2 teaspoon(s), level

Vanilla Extract

2 ml

Raspberries

100 g, leave a few extra to add on top

Blueberries

100 g

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together 1 tsp agave, the vanilla extract and quark.
  2. Purée the raspberries in a blender, then push through a sieve. Stir in the remaining agave to taste.
  3. Divide the quark mixture between 2 glasses and spoon over the raspberry purée. Serve topped with extra raspberries and blueberries.
