Egg, whole, raw

1 medium, raw

Chocolate protein powder

100 g, unprepared

Baking powder

1 teaspoon(s), level

Skimmed Milk

300 ml

Maple Syrup

1 tablespoon(s)

Banana

1 medium

Cocoa Powder

1 teaspoon(s), level

1 pinch

Crack the egg in a large bowl. Add the WW Protein Booster Cacao, baking powder, milk and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the batter gets smooth.

Put a nonstick frying pan on medium heat. When it is hot, pour a ladleful of batter into the pan. Cook one pancake at a time for 2-3 minutes. When it starts to brown on the edge and gets little bubbles on top, use a spatula to turn it over. Cook for another minute.

Transfer to a plate and continue with the rest of the batter. Serve hot or warm, covered with maple syrup, sliced banana and cocoa powder.
