Blackberries

Raspberries

6 g, (2 raspberries)

Blackcurrants

Redcurrants

Elderflower Cordial

10 ml, (2 teaspoons)

Mint, Fresh

2 sprig(s), leaves picked

Prosecco

250 ml

Instructions

  1. Put a blackberry, a raspberry and a small handful of blackcurrants and redcurrants into 2 Champagne saucers or flutes.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon elderflower cordial and a few fresh mint leaves to each glass, muddle lightly with the end of a teaspoon and leave for 5 minutes or so for the flavours to mingle.
  3. Then top each glass with 125ml Champagne, stir and serve.
