Ricotta Cheese
100 g
Parma Ham
68 g, 4 x slices
Fig
4 individual, quartered
Honey
1 tablespoon(s)
Balsamic vinegar
3 teaspoon(s)
Instructions

Preheat the grill to high. Brush the bread with the oil and put the slices on a baking tray. Toast under the grill for 1–2 minutes each side, until golden.

Fold the shredded basil through the ricotta and season. Spread half of the mixture onto the toast and top with the ham and figs. Serve garnished with the remaining ricotta and a few basil leaves, drizzled with the honey and balsamic vinegar.
