Low Fat Soft Cheese
90 g
Lemon
½ zest(s) of 1
Sourdough Bread
80 g, 8 x 10g slices
Prosciutto
4 slice(s)
Fig
4 individual, quartered
Mint, Fresh
8 sprig(s), roughly chopped
Instructions

Put the light cream cheese in a bowl with the lemon zest. Season well and then mix well to combine. Keep chilled until required.

Lightly toast the sourdough bread. Spread cream cheese over each bread slice. Top with the prosciutto and figs. Sprinkle with mint leaves. Season and serve.
