What's a roast without gravy on your plate? Give this full-flavoured gravy a go to add moisture to your dinner.
Roast Turkey, Skinless
1 slice(s), medium, Turkey roasting juices
2 tablespoons, level
Chicken stock cube(s)
½ cube(s), 300ml stock
White Wine Vinegar
- Skim the fat from the roasting tin and set the tin on the hob over a medium heat. Blend the cornflour with 2 tbsp cold water, then gradually whisk into the pan juices.
- Stir in 300ml chicken stock, vinegar and jelly, and season to taste. Cook until the gravy has a slightly syrupy consistency. Strain into a jug or gravy boat to serve.
