Prawn tikka masala
Brown basmati rice, dry
Calorie controlled cooking spray
1 medium, peeled and finely sliced
1 medium, deseeded and chopped
Prawns, Peeled & Cooked
Asda Slimzone Tikka Masala Sauce
350 g, cooked as per pack
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the rice. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until the rice is just tender.
- Meanwhile, coat a pan with cooking spray and place over a medium heat and add the onion. Fry, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened, add the pepper and fry, stirring, for a further 5 minutes.
- Stir in the prawns and tikka masala sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, for 3–5 minutes or until warmed through.
- Drain the rice and divide between 2 plates. Divide the prawn curry between the plates to serve.
