Prawn salad with lemon dressing
Prawns, Peeled & Cooked
1 medium, red, finely diced
¼ stick(s), finely diced
1 tablespoons, finely minced
Lemon Juice, Fresh
½ teaspoons, freshly ground
Light Brown Sugar
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil; steam or boil prawns until they turn pink, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and immediately run under cold water to stop cooking.
- Place in a medium bowl. Add onion, celery and parsley; toss well.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar; pour over prawn mixture and toss to combine.
