Peas, frozen, boiled

King Prawns, Cooked

Egg, whole, raw

Spring Onions

Instructions

Heat oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir fry rice until heated through. Add vegetables and prawns. Stir-fry until heated through.

Push rice-vegetable mixture to side of the pan and crack egg in the middle. Cook egg until it is scrambled. Stir egg into rice and season with salt & pepper. Serve sprinkled with the spring onion.
