Ingredients

Sesame Oil

1 teaspoons

Brown rice, boiled

55 g

Carrots, raw

30 g

Peas, frozen, boiled

30 g

King Prawns, Cooked

60 g

Egg, whole, raw

1 medium, raw

Spring Onions

1 medium

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir fry rice until heated through. Add vegetables and prawns. Stir-fry until heated through.
  2. Push rice-vegetable mixture to side of the pan and crack egg in the middle. Cook egg until it is scrambled. Stir egg into rice and season with salt & pepper. Serve sprinkled with the spring onion.
