Heinz Reduced Sugar & Salt Tomato Ketchup

Lemon Juice, Fresh

Cayenne Pepper

⅛ teaspoon(s), level

King Prawns, Cooked

180 g

Avocado

40 g

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the ketchup, lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper, then stir in the cooked prawns. Spoon the prawns onto decorative tablespoons and top with chopped avocado. Dust with a little more cayenne pepper to serve.
