Here’s one of our top rated oaty brekkies – it’s super indulgent and will keep you going until lunchtime.

Ingredients

Porridge oats

100 g

Salt

1 pinch

Water

600 ml

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

4 tablespoon(s)

Raspberries

100 g, (frozen), thawed

Golden Syrup

4 teaspoon(s), level, golden syrup

Instructions

  1. Put the porridge oats, salt and water into a non-stick saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling, then reduce the heat and simmer gently, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
  2. Share the porridge between 2 serving bowls and top each portion with 2 tbsp of yogurt. Spoon the raspberries on top, then drizzle 2 tsp of golden syrup over each portion.
