Porridge with caramelised bananas & blueberries

Ingredients
Porridge oats
125 g
Skimmed Milk
500 ml
Agave Syrup
1 teaspoon(s), level
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Banana
1 medium
Honey
1 tablespoon(s), level
Blueberries

Mix together the oats, milk and agave nectar in a microwavable bowl and cook on full power for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan and mist with the cooking spray. Add the banana and cook over a medium heat for 1–2 minutes until lightly caramelised. Drizzle over the honey and add the blueberries. Shake the pan and let it bubble for 1 minute. Spoon over the hot porridge and serve.
