Ingredients

Honey

20 g

Pork Tenderloin, raw

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Line a small roasting tin with kitchen foil. In a small
  3. bowl, combine 20g clear honey, 1 teaspoon olive oil,
  4. ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ grated garlic clove,
  5. ¼ teaspoon ground ginger and a pinch of salt. Trim any
  6. excess fat from a 450g pork tenderloin fillet and pat dry
  7. with kitchen paper. Arrange the pork in the prepared tin
  8. and brush all over with the honey mixture. Roast for 10
  9. minutes. Brush any pan juices over the pork then continue
  10. to roast for 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Let rest
  11. for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
