4 spray(s)
Cabbage
4 portion(s), medium, white, sliced
Carrots, raw
1 medium, peeled and grated
Red onion
1 small, very finely sliced
Mange-tout
100 g, halved
Chilli, green or red
1 individual, red, deseeded and chopped
Lime Juice, Fresh
60 ml
Root Ginger
1 inch slice(s), peeled and grated
Coriander, fresh
15 g, chopped
Sesame Seeds

Instructions
1
Put the pork escalopes into a shallow dish and spoon over the soy sauce. Set aside to marinate for around 5 minutes.
2
Heat a large nonstick frying pan over a high heat and mist with cooking spray. Cook the pork for 2-3 minutes each side, reserving the residual soy sauce, then pour the soy into the pan, letting it sizzle and reduce.
3
Meanwhile, mix together all the remaining ingredients with half the sesame seeds. Serve with the pork and pan juices, garnished with the remaining sesame seeds.
