Pork burgers with mustard & chilli
Lean Pork Mince (10% fat), raw
Sweetcorn, tinned, drained
12 teaspoon(s), level
1 teaspoon(s), level
Dried Mixed Herbs
Pickled gherkins, no added sugar

- In a large bowl, mix together the minced pork, onion, carrot, sweetcorn, mustard, chilli flakes and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Use your hands to shape the mixture into 4 burgers. Cover and chill, if cooking them later.
- Preheat the grill or a char-grill pan. Grill or char-grill the burgers for 12-15 minutes, turning them over once, until browned and cooked through.
- Lightly toast the burger buns on the cut sides only. Put some lettuce onto the bun bases, then add the burgers, sliced tomatoes and gherkins, then pop the bun tops in place.
