Ingredients

Extra Lean Pork Mince (5% fat), raw

250 g

Pear(s)

100 g, grated

Dried Mixed Herbs

½ teaspoons

Wholemeal Bread Roll

2 medium

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1 tablespoons

Red onion(s)

Tomato

½ large

Lettuce

2 leaf/leaves, small

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Combine 250g extra-lean pork mince with 100g grated pear (squeeze out the excess moisture) and mix with 1⁄2 tsp dried mixed herbs. Season and shape into 2 burgers. Mist a nonstick ovenproof frying pan with cooking spray and cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through. Split 2 wholemeal burger buns and spread with 1⁄2 tbsp light mayonnaise. Fill with the burgers, lettuce and slices of red onion, tomato and pear.
