Sweet, salty, crunchy, and chewy - get it all in one snack. Just raid the storecupboard for cornflakes and popcorn. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Milk chocolate chips

Pink & white mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Grease a 20cm square baking tin with cooking spray. In a large bowl, toss together the popcorn, cornflakes, pretzels, crisps and chocolate chips.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the marshmallows and butter for 1 minute on High until melted, then pour over the popcorn mixture. Using a rubber spatula, mix together until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin. Let it cool completely before cutting into 12 bars.
