Pomegranate & papaya smoothie

Here's a delicious, satisfying smoothie that comes together in just 5 minutes. It's got a flavour combination of papaya, strawberries, and vanilla yogurt.
1 medium, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 portion(s), medium, frozen
Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
40 g, seeds
- Add the papaya, strawberries, pomegranate juice and yogurt to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and sprinkle evenly with pomegranate seeds.
To juice a pomegranate, pierce it all over with a small, sharp knife. Place in a zip-close plastic bag, seal, and roll on a work surface until the crackling stops. Cut a corner of the bag and simply drain off the juice.
