Light Mozzarella

Black pepper
1 g
Basil, fresh
4 leaf/leaves

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200°C/fan oven 180°C

Spread the pizza base with the tomato puree, then top with the onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, dried herbs and mozzarella. Season with black pepper.

Bake directly on the oven shelf for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melting and golden. Slice in two and serve half to each person, garnished with basil leaves (if using).
