Pizza-style potato waffles

A plate piled high with crisp golden waffles is always good news!

Ingredients

Potato waffles, frozen

2 individual, cooked

Pizza topping sauce

45 g

Light Mozzarella

40 g

Basil, fresh

1 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the waffles on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Spread the pizza sauce on the top of the waffles, scatter over the mozzarella and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve garnished with fresh basil.
