Fresh and zingy, this is a great way to cool down on a hot summer’s day.


Ingredients
Coconut water
800 ml
Agave Syrup
4 teaspoon(s), level
Pineapple
125 g
Lime Juice, Fresh
90 ml
Mint, Fresh
10 sprig(s)
Instructions

Put ¹⁄3 of the coconut water in a blender with the pineapple chunks, agave syrup and lime juice, then blend until smooth.

Pour the pineapple mixture into a large jug and stir in the remaining coconut water. Add the lime slices, ice cubes and mint leaves and mix again. Serve immediately.
