Fright night is here! Our horrifying Halloween hors d’oeuvres may be ghoulish but they’re not so scary when it comes to Points

Ingredients

White pitta bread

12 mini

Tomato Purèe

60 g

Dried Mixed Herbs

½ teaspoon(s)

Light Mozzarella

200 g, cut into 12 equal slices

Olives, in Brine

2 individual, black, pitted, sliced into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium. Spread 1 tsp tomato purée on each pitta and sprinkle over the herbs.
  2. Trim each mozzarella slice into a rough ghost shape and arrange on top of the pittas. Add the olive pieces to resemble eyes and mouths.
  3. Transfer to a baking tray and grill for 6-8 mins or until the mozzarella has melted.
