Dried Mixed Herbs
200 g, cut into 12 equal slices
Olives, in Brine
2 individual, black, pitted, sliced into small pieces
- Preheat the grill to medium. Spread 1 tsp tomato purée on each pitta and sprinkle over the herbs.
- Trim each mozzarella slice into a rough ghost shape and arrange on top of the pittas. Add the olive pieces to resemble eyes and mouths.
- Transfer to a baking tray and grill for 6-8 mins or until the mozzarella has melted.
