Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
1 individual, medium, roughly chopped
White sandwich thins
1 individual
Basil, fresh
1 tablespoon(s), torn
Light Mozzarella
30 g, sliced into thin rounds
Tomato
1 small, sliced

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and pesto, then add the chopped chicken and stir to coat.

Fill the sandwich thin with the basil, mozzarella, tomato and pesto-coated chicken, then season and serve.
