Reduced Fat Green Pesto

Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
1 individual, medium, roughly chopped
White Sandwich Thins
1 tablespoons, torn
30 g, sliced into thin rounds
1 small, sliced
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and pesto, then add the chopped chicken and stir to coat.
- Fill the sandwich thin with the basil, mozzarella, tomato and pesto-coated chicken, then season and serve.
