Fresh rosemary is a bold flavour, so use a navy-strength gin to balance it out

Ingredients

Granini Pear Juice Drink

400 ml

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 tablespoons

Rosemary, Fresh

2 sprig(s), plus extra sprigs to garnish

Gin

150 ml, we used Navy strength

Tonic Water

400 ml

Pear(s)

1 medium

Instructions

  1. Simmer the pear juice, lemon juice and rosemary sprigs in a medium pan over a low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and set aside. When cool, transfer to the fridge to chill.
  2. When you’re ready, strain the pear mixture into a punch bowl. Add the gin, tonic and plenty ofice. Serve garnished with the extra rosemary and pear slices.

Notes

For a different flavour, you can replace the rosemary with thyme or sage, for no extra SmartPoints
