Pear & rosemary gin punch

Fresh rosemary is a bold flavour, so use a navy-strength gin to balance it out
Granini Pear Juice Drink
Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 sprig(s), plus extra sprigs to garnish
150 ml, we used Navy strength
- Simmer the pear juice, lemon juice and rosemary sprigs in a medium pan over a low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover and set aside. When cool, transfer to the fridge to chill.
- When you’re ready, strain the pear mixture into a punch bowl. Add the gin, tonic and plenty ofice. Serve garnished with the extra rosemary and pear slices.
For a different flavour, you can replace the rosemary with thyme or sage
