Pear & cinnamon porridge

- Put the porridge oats in a large pan. Add the skimmed milk, 250ml of water and the cinnamon, stir well, then put over a medium heat and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat, and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously, until thick and creamy.
- Core and grate one of the pears, and stir it into the porridge. Slice the other pear and toss with the lemon juice.
- Divide the porridge between 4 bowls and top each bowl with the sliced pear, 1 tablespoon 0% fat natural Greek yogurt and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
