Ingredients

Porridge oats

125 g

Maple Syrup

2 tablespoons

Egg, whole, raw

3 medium, raw, beaten

Baking powder

1 teaspoons, level

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

440 g, 200g for the recipe plus 240g to serve

Asda Extra Special French Almond Extract

½ teaspoons

Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoons, level

Peach

2 medium, thickly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Put the porridge oats, maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, yogurt, almond extract and vanilla extract into a bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Tip the mixture into a 1-litre ovenproof dish and arrange 2 thickly sliced peaches over the top of the oat mixture, pressing each slice into the oats. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden, then serve with 240g 0% fat natural Greek yogurt.
