This fun twist on classic guacamole comes together in just 10 minutes
Peas, fresh or frozen
40 g, thawed
Lime Juice, Fresh
½ small, chopped
1 tablespoons, chopped
5 individual, quartered
- Blitz the avocado, peas and lime juice in a mini food processor or blender until smooth, then scrape into a small bowl. Stir in the onion, coriander and salt. Garnish with the chopped tomatoes and serve the dip with tortilla chips.
If you want to skip the crisps to save some calories, you can scoop up the dip with some veggie crudités instead.
