This fun twist on classic guacamole comes together in just 10 minutes


Ingredients
Avocado
¼ medium
Peas, fresh or frozen
40 g, thawed
Lime Juice, Fresh
2 teaspoon(s)
Red onion
½ small, chopped
Coriander, fresh
1 tablespoon(s), chopped
Cherry Tomatoes
5 individual, quartered
Salt
1 pinch
Tortilla chips

Instructions

Blitz the avocado, peas and lime juice in a mini food processor or blender until smooth, then scrape into a small bowl. Stir in the onion, coriander and salt. Garnish with the chopped tomatoes and serve the dip with tortilla chips.
