Ingredients

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Pickled gherkins, no added sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, fromage frais, mustard, shallot, shredded cabbage and carrot adn the poppy seeds.
  2. Cut the rye bread into 4 squares and top each with a little coleslaw mixture. Fold a slaice of pastrami over the top of each square, then add a slice of gherkin. Serve with the remaining coleslaw on the side.
