It’s hard to resist the hors d’oeuvres at a party, but making your own needn’t be tricky. These little snacks are tasty, quick and – best of all – 1 SmartPoint® each!

Ingredients

Sesame Oil

½ tablespoons

Lime Juice, Fresh

1 tablespoons

Red pepper(s)

½ medium, thinly sliced

Yellow Pepper

½ medium, thinly sliced

Spring Onions

3 medium, thinly sliced

Carrots, raw

1 medium, peeled and cut into thin strips

Parma Ham

6 slice(s), thin

Instructions

  1. Mix the toasted sesame oil with the juice of ½ lime in a medium-sized mixing bowl to make a dressing. Toss the veggie slices and strips in the dressing.
  2. Lay 6 slices of Parma ham on a board and divide the vegetables between them, arranging them in a neat row in the middle of each slice. Firmly wrap the vegetables in the ham to form tight rolls, then use a sharp knife to halve each roll to make 12 half-rolls.
