Olive Oil

Sainsbury's Padron Peppers
250 g
Tesco Manchego Cheese
20 g
Morrisons Toasted Flaked Almonds
20 g
Instructions

Heat a pan to high and add the oil. Add the peppers and cook for 3–4 minutes or until lightly charred.

Remove, season and arrange on a serving dish with the manchego and almonds.
