Padrón peppers with manchego & almonds
Tapas – we just can’t get enough of them. To celebrate all that garlicky gorgeousness, here’s a classic Spanish dish bursting with flavour and colour, made healthier.

Morrisons Toasted Flaked Almonds
- Heat a pan to high and add the oil. Add the peppers and cook for 3–4 minutes or until lightly charred.
- Remove, season and arrange on a serving dish with the manchego and almonds.
