Tapas – we just can’t get enough of them. To celebrate all that garlicky gorgeousness, here’s a classic Spanish dish bursting with flavour and colour, made healthier.

Ingredients

Olive Oil

1 teaspoon(s)

Sainsbury's Padron Peppers

250 g

Tesco Manchego Cheese

20 g

Morrisons Toasted Flaked Almonds

20 g

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan to high and add the oil. Add the peppers and cook for 3–4 minutes or until lightly charred.
  2. Remove, season and arrange on a serving dish with the manchego and almonds.
