Orzo pasta with pesto dressing

Vegetarian Parmesan Style Hard Cheese
15 g, grated
½ zest(s) of 1, grated
Lemon Juice, Fresh
3 medium, plum, quartered
- Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water to pack instructions. Put a small handful fresh basil, 15g rocket, 5g pine nuts, 15g grated cheese, and the grated zest and juice of ½ lemon in a mini food processer with 3 tablespoons water. Blitz until smooth and season to taste.
- Toss the pesto dressing through the orzo pasta, then stir through the tomatoes, 15g rocket and 5g pine nuts to serve.
