Mango
3 medium, peeled and stone removed
Unsweetened Orange Juice
3 tablespoon(s)
Orange
½ zest(s) of 1
Fat free plain skyr yogurt
80 g
Agave Syrup

Nairn's Chocolate Orange Oat Biscuits

In a food processor blitz together the mango flesh, orange juice and zest, Skyr and agave until pureed. Put the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for 1 hour. Fork over to break up any ice crystals and freeze for another hour. Then freeze overnight.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. scoop into 8 balls and place one scoop on 8 of the biscuits, then sandwich with the remaining biscuits.
