Ingredients

Honey

Freshly squeezed orange juice

Hazelnuts

Fat Free Natural Yogurt

Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. In a pan, warm the honey, the zest and juice of 1 orange.
  2. In a bowl, combine the raisins, chopped hazelnuts, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and rolled oats. Pour the honey mixture over and mix well.
  3. Spread onto a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Cool then serve with 80g yogurt and 60g raspberries per person.
