Oaty granola with yogurt & raspberries
2 tablespoons, heaped
Freshly squeezed orange juice

Fat Free Natural Yogurt
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. In a pan, warm the honey, the zest and juice of 1 orange.
- In a bowl, combine the raisins, chopped hazelnuts, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and rolled oats. Pour the honey mixture over and mix well.
- Spread onto a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool then serve with 80g yogurt and 60g raspberries per person.
