Ingredients

Porridge oats

120 g

Wheat Bran, Dried

25 g

Almonds

60 g

Honey

70 g

Ground Cinnamon

½ teaspoon(s), level

Raisins

45 g

Linseed (Flaxseed)

Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4.

Spread the oats and wheat bran on a large baking tray. Bake, stirring often, for 10 minutes until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, combine the almonds, honey, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Add the toasted oat mixture and stir to combine. Spread the mixture back onto the baking sheet and bake, stirring often, for 10 minutes until the mixture is dark golden brown.

Transfer to a bowl, then stir in the raisins and flaxseed. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
