Smooth Peanut Butter
½ teaspoons, level
- Combine the rolled oats, desiccated coconut, dried cranberries and chopped hazelnuts in a bowl.
- Add the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract, then mix well to combine. The mixture should be quite sticky.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then form into 12 balls. Keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to eat them.
