Ingredients
Porridge oats
75 g
Desiccated Coconut
35 g
Dried cranberries
25 g
Hazelnuts
45 g
Smooth Peanut Butter
60 g
Honey
75 g
Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon(s), level
Instructions

Combine the rolled oats, desiccated coconut, dried cranberries and chopped hazelnuts in a bowl.

Add the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract, then mix well to combine. The mixture should be quite sticky.

Chill for 30 minutes, then form into 12 balls. Keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to eat them.
