Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan or are all about the meat, this fresh and healthy plate is perfect for grazing with friends.

Ingredients

Baby carrots, raw

1 serving(s), trimmed

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Ras el hanout seasoning

5 g

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 teaspoon(s)

Mint, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s), chopped

Lemon

1 slice(s), to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mist a bunch of trimmed baby carrots with cooking spray and scatter over the Moroccan spice mix.
  2. Roast for 15 minutes, or until tender. Then, drizzle over lemon juice and scatter over chopped fresh mint. Serve with lemon wedges.
