Spice up your smashed avo on toast with this quick and easy vegan recipe.

Ingredients

Avocado

235 g, peeled, stone removed, prepared weight

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 tablespoons

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Sourdough Bread

120 g, 4 x 30g slices

Pomegranate

30 g

Ras El Hanout Seasoning

1 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Cut 3⁄4 of the whole avocado into 12 slices. Put the remaining avocado in a small bowl with the lemon juice and garlic, and mash with a fork. Season to taste.
  2. Toast the bread, then spread with the mashed avocado and top with the avocado slices. Scatter over the pomegranate seeds and serve sprinkled with the ras el hanout.
