235 g, peeled, stone removed, prepared weight
Lemon Juice, Fresh

120 g, 4 x 30g slices
Ras El Hanout Seasoning
- Cut 3⁄4 of the whole avocado into 12 slices. Put the remaining avocado in a small bowl with the lemon juice and garlic, and mash with a fork. Season to taste.
- Toast the bread, then spread with the mashed avocado and top with the avocado slices. Scatter over the pomegranate seeds and serve sprinkled with the ras el hanout.
