Lemon Juice, Fresh

Sourdough Bread

Pomegranate

Ras el hanout seasoning

Instructions

Cut 3⁄4 of the whole avocado into 12 slices. Put the remaining avocado in a small bowl with the lemon juice and garlic, and mash with a fork. Season to taste.

Toast the bread, then spread with the mashed avocado and top with the avocado slices. Scatter over the pomegranate seeds and serve sprinkled with the ras el hanout.
