These little naans make great pizza bases, too! Just add 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

Ingredients

White Self Raising Flour

200 g

Fennel Seeds

2 teaspoons, level, black onion seeds

Diet Lemonade

125 ml

Calorie controlled cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, then add the black onion seeds.
  2. Make a well and add the sugar-free lemonade then mix so you have a stiff, smooth dough. Shape into 4 rounds, each about 12cm in diameter.
  3. Heat a small pan and mist with cooking spray. Add one round of dough and cook for 1 minute, until puffed up and brown. Mist the top side of the bread with cooking spray, flip it over and cook for 1 minute. Repeat with the other rounds and serve warm.

Notes

The lemonade gives the naans a light, fluffy texture.
