Ingredients

Low Fat Soft Cheese

50 g

Plain bagel thins

4 individual

Lemon Juice, Fresh

20 ml

Capers, in Brine

2 teaspoon(s), rinsed and roughly chopped

Parsley, fresh

10 sprig(s), fresh, chopped

Chives, Fresh

1 teaspoon(s), finely snipped

Smoked salmon

80 g, roughly chopped

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the cheese, lemon zest and juice, capers, herbs and salmon. Season with black pepper then chill until ready to eat.

Split and toast the bagels, and serve with the salmon spread.
