Low Fat Soft Cheese

Plain bagel thins
4 individual
Lemon Juice, Fresh
20 ml
Capers, in Brine
2 teaspoon(s)
Parsley, fresh
10 sprig(s), fresh
Chives, Fresh
1 teaspoon(s)
Smoked salmon
80 g
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the cheese, lemon zest and juice, capers, herbs and salmon. Season with black pepper then chill until ready to eat.

Split and toast the bagels, and serve with the salmon spread.
