Bagels with smoked salmon spread
Low Fat Soft Cheese
Plain bagel thins
Lemon Juice, Fresh
Capers, in Brine
2 teaspoon(s), rinsed and roughly chopped
10 sprig(s), fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon(s), finely snipped
80 g, roughly chopped
- In a bowl, mix together the cheese, lemon zest and juice, capers, herbs and salmon. Season with black pepper then chill until ready to eat.
- Split and toast the bagels, and serve with the salmon spread.
