Ingredients

Onion
1 small, diced
Garlic
1 teaspoon(s), chopped
Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon(s), level
Pinto Beans, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained
Lime Juice, Fresh
½ teaspoon(s)
Instructions

Mist a small nonstick pan with cooking spray and put over a low-medium heat. Add the onion with a pinch of salt and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often until very soft. Stir in the garlic and cumin, cook for 30 seconds, then add the beans and 100ml water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the lime juice.

Purée the mixture in a blender or food processor until creamy, adding more water as needed.
