Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
Chilli, Green or Red
15 g, jalapeños , drained and chopped

Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
20 g, shredded
1 medium, deseeded and sliced
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, jalapeño peppers and chilli powder, then set aside.
- Warm the wraps in a microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute or until they are soft and pliable.
- Spread the spicy mayonnaise mixture between the 2 wraps and top with the chicken.
- Divide the lettuce and pepper between the wraps, roll up tightly and press to flatten slightly, then halve and serve or, wrap in clingfilm and eat within 4 hours.
