Ingredients

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

25 g

Chilli, green or red

15 g, jalapeños , drained and chopped

Chilli Powder

½ teaspoon(s), level

WW White Wraps

2 individual

Chicken breast, skinless, grilled

100 g

Lettuce

20 g, shredded

Red pepper

1 medium, deseeded and sliced

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, jalapeño peppers and chilli powder, then set aside.

Warm the wraps in a microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute or until they are soft and pliable.

Spread the spicy mayonnaise mixture between the 2 wraps and top with the chicken.

Divide the lettuce and pepper between the wraps, roll up tightly and press to flatten slightly, then halve and serve or, wrap in clingfilm and eat within 4 hours.
