This burrito bowl is a surefire winner. With a bed of romaine lettuce, it gives you salad vibes but the beans and chicken offer protein-packed goodness.

Ingredients

Lettuce

100 g, chopped

Brown rice, microwaveable

100 g

Chicken breast, skinless, grilled

1 individual, medium, chopped

Black beans in water

½ can(s), medium, drained

Fresh Salsa (no oil)

2 tablespoon(s), pico de gallo

Fresh guacamole (no oil)

1 tablespoon(s)

Half fat Cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon(s), grated

Instructions

  1. Heat the rice to pack instructions. Add the lettuce to a shallow bowl and top with the cooked chicken, rice, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and cheese.
