Ingredients

Cantaloupe Melon

2 slice(s), medium, seeds removed

Watermelon

½ slice(s), medium, seeds removed

Parma Ham

6 slice(s), thin

Mint, Fresh

2 sprig(s), to garnish

Instructions

  1. Use a sharp knife to cut the cantaloupe melon away from the skin, then slice into pieces. Cut the watermelon wedge into 8 chunks. Share the melon between 4 plates.
  2. Arrange 3 slices of parma ham on each place, folding it attractively.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the melon and serve, garnished with mint leaves.
