- Use a sharp knife to cut the cantaloupe melon away from the skin, then slice into pieces. Cut the watermelon wedge into 8 chunks. Share the melon between 4 plates.
- Arrange 3 slices of parma ham on each place, folding it attractively.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the melon and serve, garnished with mint leaves.
