Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic powder and the dill, season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the lettuce, sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and vinaigrette; toss gently to coat. Arrange the salad, yogurt sauce, olives, eggs, and pita chips on a large plate; sprinkle the eggs with an optional garnish of dill, salt, and black pepper.
