Ingredients

Yutaka Japanese-Style Silken Tofu

120 g

Dijon Mustard

2 teaspoons, heaped

Cayenne Pepper

¼ teaspoons, level

Boiled egg(s

4 medium

Celery, Raw

Carrots, raw

1 medium

Onion(s)

½ medium

Chives, Fresh

Instructions

  1. Add the tofu, mustard and cayenne pepper to a blender or small food processor. Season then blend together.
  2. In a separate bowl. combine the boiled eggs, diced celery, carrot and onion.
  3. Spoon the tofu mixture over the egg mixture and toss to coat. Fold in the chopped chives
