Ingredients
Japanese-style silken tofu
120 g
Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoon(s), heaped
Cayenne Pepper
¼ teaspoon(s), level
Boiled egg(s)
4 medium
Celery, Raw

Carrots, raw
1 medium
Onion
½ medium
Chives, Fresh

Instructions

Add the tofu, mustard and cayenne pepper to a blender or small food processor. Season then blend together.

In a separate bowl. combine the boiled eggs, diced celery, carrot and onion.

Spoon the tofu mixture over the egg mixture and toss to coat. Fold in the chopped chives
